University degree in Business Administration or equivalent in a related field, Master’s Degree is desirable
Experience in strategy development and has knowledge of the Cultural and Creative Industries
Minimum 4 years work experience in the field
Experience in the following fields relevant to Cultural and Creative Industries:
Creative Economy
Research
Policy Development
Partnership Development
Negotiation Skills
UAE experience is preferred
Fluent in Arabic and English
UAE Nationals Only
Conduct future fore sighting studies in the Cultural and Creative Industries sector
• Develop studies and conduct benchmarking exercises to identify the gaps, challenges and opportunities for
improvement within the sector
• Identify the strategic performance indicators for the Cultural and Creative Industries based on the
economic and social outlooks
• Develop Cultural and Creative Industries sectoral policies and strategies to enable growth and enhance
the sector’s competitiveness
• Engage with stakeholders and other concerned entities to ensure that the policies and strategies are properly
adopted and implemented
• Develop frameworks and initiatives to enable an environment for the Cultural and Creative Industries to thrive
