Senior Sales Executive - construction materials - Boodai Trading

To expand market and promote various kind of marbles , stones products and services. Providing tailor made solution for our clients and customers. Sales Engineer should be able to evaluate business decisions and closing the deals and managing timely execution of projects with utmost customer satisfaction. 

  • To represent and be a brand ambassador for various marble , granite , stones products and services being in the forefront.

·       Achieving committed sales target and timely deliver projects with best possible profits.

  • Develop & liaise with clients in Specified Area, such as contractors, owners, and consultants, providing extensive details in areas of stones , marbles , granite, tiles ; flooring and outdoor architectural
  • Update the Sales Manager with any potential market, also the activity of competitors
  • Achieve sale targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure that all contracts related to sales are aligned within the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate pricing policies with the Sales Manager.
  • Visit current sites to explore potential sale

Ensure compliance with Company values, policies, processes and systems.

Duties and Essential Job Functions 

  • Attaining sales targets and managing projects related to elevator product and services.
  • Responsible for sales & support, compile market and marketing information, assess competition, enhance clients, establish & promote Elevator product and services by conducting site visits, attain measurements, review design drawings and provide suitable Elevator solution for clients.
  • Promote and supervise installation and maintenance activities for elevators , escalators etc.
  • To be able to understand elevator design drawings and gain knowledge of execution requirements and scheduling for each application.
  • Determines annual targets by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results & implementing sales strategy choice for Elevators.
  • Attaining sales targets and managing projects related to elevator product and services.
  • Responsible for sales & support, compile market and marketing information, assess competition, enhance clients, establish & promote Elevator product and services by conducting site visits, attain measurements, review design drawings and provide suitable Elevator solution for clients.

  • Determines annual targets by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results & implementing sales strategy choice for Elevators.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for products; projecting expected sales volume and profit, cost estimation and tender preparation for Elevator product and services. 
  • Techno commercial negotiations & discussions with principals, consultants, contractors and client for order finalization.

·       Responsible for obtaining approvals from consultant, contractor, client & authorities.

  • Track the projects weekly, monthly and annually and ensure their progress as per schedule by providing necessary instruction and resources to the project team.

·       Conduct meetings & presentations with consultant, contractor & client and evaluate their needs.

  • Ensuring consistent standard of customer service.
  • Completing tasks assigned by management accurately and efficiently.

·       Keep excellent client relations to secure maintenance contracts upon completion of projects
