HR Payroll Officer - Waad Holding

Responsibilities:


  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
  • Calculate end of services, bonuses, and allowances
  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the assistance of a system
  • Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
  • Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
  • Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
  • Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
  • Report on payroll expenses
  • Enter new employees’ data into internal databases
  • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions
