Responsibilities:

  • In coordination with UM & RSM develop and implement monthly sales plan that deliver company agreed objectives & targets.
  • Organize and build effective sales and merchandising self-capabilities that deliver the set targets and objectives.
  • Communicate and train customers to effectively and successfully implement the brands strategy.
  • Attend and participate on daily and monthly reviews of business objectives. Operational:
  • Follow Journey plan and ensure there is no call exceptions and non-buying customers.
  • Provide customers with suggested orders ensuring maximum SKU availability in stores.
  • Achieve sales, distribution and visibility targets and objectives by brand by outlet.
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales & distribution KPIs
  • Implement trade visibility and display planograms as per brand strategy
  • Communicate and implement monthly promotional activities across all customers.
  • Effective use of hand held devices.
  • Implement inventory FEFO process on van & channel Stock.
  • Ensure implementation of retail selling price (RSP) by brand and outlet.
  • Update trade on product knowledge, features & benefit.
  • Ensure 100% implementation of journey cycle.
  • Implement promotional activities and ensure proper pricing for all products.
