Responsibilities:
- In coordination with UM & RSM develop and implement monthly sales plan that deliver company agreed objectives & targets.
- Organize and build effective sales and merchandising self-capabilities that deliver the set targets and objectives.
- Communicate and train customers to effectively and successfully implement the brands strategy.
- Attend and participate on daily and monthly reviews of business objectives. Operational:
- Follow Journey plan and ensure there is no call exceptions and non-buying customers.
- Provide customers with suggested orders ensuring maximum SKU availability in stores.
- Achieve sales, distribution and visibility targets and objectives by brand by outlet.
- Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales & distribution KPIs
- Implement trade visibility and display planograms as per brand strategy
- Communicate and implement monthly promotional activities across all customers.
- Effective use of hand held devices.
- Implement inventory FEFO process on van & channel Stock.
- Ensure implementation of retail selling price (RSP) by brand and outlet.
- Update trade on product knowledge, features & benefit.
- Ensure 100% implementation of journey cycle.
- Implement promotional activities and ensure proper pricing for all products.
