Country Sales Manager- Pharma experience only

To plan, coordinate, coach and manage day to day running of the pharmaceutical business in the assigned country, with the aim of achieving overall sales and profits objectives.


1. Taking responsibility of profits, revenue, cash and quality targets.


2. Provide strategic direction to the sales and marketing team


3. Implement approved promotional plan through medical reps


4. Oversee financial function of the business.


5. Gather information on market trends and competitor activities to enhance strategic decision making.


6. Work in liaison with the marketing team on product launch and development of long term strategies
