Objectives
Oversee the entire commercial function of the Company.
Supervise the work of Tendering, Supply Chain and Contract Management Departments.
Implement the Company’s growth strategy along the lines of business activities decided by Executive Management.
Ensure that the Company is competitive enough to operate in the markets decided by Top Management.
Establish and expand the supply base of the Company by qualifying sufficient numbers of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants to cover the Company’s needs.
Ensure that all the tenders and bids submitted by the Company are accurately
prepared in all technical and commercial aspects and reflect the company’s intention and strategy.
Carry out detailed risk analysis for the projects considered for bidding by the Company and report to the Top Management on the same along with proposed action plan for risk mitigation.
Ensure that all contracts are negotiated with prospective clients, subcontractors and suppliers on an arm length basis.
Ensure that project risks are managed properly in the entire life cycle of projects.
Ensure that all products and service procured by the company are adequate in terms of fitness for purpose and at the most effective cost-effective manner.
Ensure that all services and products procured by the Company are delivered timely and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Ensure that all logistical services are availed in efficient manner for all business units of the Company.
Ultimate Candidate Profile
You are a person who has worked for more than 15 years in reputable companies working in the investment, development and construction of infrastructure projects; with special focus on Power and Water and oil and Gas business clusters.
You have worked at least 5 years in similar senior managerial position.
You have a strong proven track record and tangible achievements in tendering procurement and project contracting.
You have in-depth understanding of projects market in Saudi Arabi, Arabian Gulf and
other regions.
You are familiar with a contractual arrangements such EPC, PPP, IPP , LSTK and familiar with common business arrangements and agreement forms.
You are familiar with contract forms including FIDIC, NEC and KSA’s Public Utility
