Job Description:
- Operate and manage the pastry section of the kitchen
- Prepare ingredients and handle baking and other kitchen equipment
- Create pastries, bake goods, and confections by following set recipes
- Develop new recipes for seasonal menus
- Supervise and train staff members when needed
