Job Description:
- Receive checks, cash, cards and processes all payments or refund transactions from the guests to provide an accurate receipt thereafter
- Operate the cash register and ensures that the cash register is balanced at the end of the shift
- Follow all restaurant procedures regarding discounts and promotions
- Take additional take away orders as per guests requests and recommend best-selling, in season items
- Handle guests’ concerns professionally
