As a Commercial Support Executive, your primary responsibility is to work independently on BTL customers (Self-service, Sustain) and supports ATL customers (Growth/Nurture).
· CRM Opportunities Pipeline and follow up (BTL).
· Creation of quotations and specifications in AX and IQS.
· Price List management and documentation (ensuring adhering to Authority Matrix, archiving).
· Support for customer product queries – basic technical advice.
· Support Commercial organization in documentation (maintenance plans, guarantees, approvals).
· My Hempel support (account set up, support and training at customers).
· Technical submittals (tenders).
· To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
· To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.
· Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.
