Social Media Supervisor

  • Coach and Develop Social Media Team under his supervision
  • Maintains solid relationship with stakeholders and acts as a reference to any operational related matters
  • Maintains solid relationship with employees and acts as a reference
  • Maintains solid relationship with vendors to ensure smooth operation
  • Ensure internal alignment and a transparent flow of information with unit by conducting meeting or sending alignment e-mails
  • Overseeing the assignment, planning, and execution of different social media activates and enforcing quality measures
  • Maintains the tracking documents to ensure meeting targets
  • Standardization of the social media operation by:
  • Creating templates (briefing, planning, calendars, tracking, and reporting)
  • Creating policies and communicating them and making sure they are implemented
  • Identify training and build a training calendar specific for employees needs over the year to develop their skills
  • Help in building the social media strategy on group level
  • Come up with initiatives and ideas to ensure the group maintains a leading position in social media, related to operations or TV integrations
  • Come up with ideas and initiatives that could monetize social media
  • Report on the success of the unite and highlight individual and unite achievement
  • Identify, monitor, and report on competition activates and keeping a log to be able to compare anytime
  • Implement the HR policies within the unit
