- Coach and Develop Social Media Team under his supervision
- Maintains solid relationship with stakeholders and acts as a reference to any operational related matters

- Maintains solid relationship with vendors to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure internal alignment and a transparent flow of information with unit by conducting meeting or sending alignment e-mails
- Overseeing the assignment, planning, and execution of different social media activates and enforcing quality measures
- Maintains the tracking documents to ensure meeting targets
- Standardization of the social media operation by:
- Creating templates (briefing, planning, calendars, tracking, and reporting)
- Creating policies and communicating them and making sure they are implemented
- Identify training and build a training calendar specific for employees needs over the year to develop their skills
- Help in building the social media strategy on group level
- Come up with initiatives and ideas to ensure the group maintains a leading position in social media, related to operations or TV integrations
- Come up with ideas and initiatives that could monetize social media
- Report on the success of the unite and highlight individual and unite achievement
- Identify, monitor, and report on competition activates and keeping a log to be able to compare anytime
- Implement the HR policies within the unit
