  • Developing the HR agenda and planning strategic HR initiatives.
  • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Improving and monitoring employee productivity and development.
  • Managing and allocating HR budgets.
  • Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
  • Managing HR consultants or agents in other countries such as China.
  • Managing staff health and wellness initiatives.
  • Improving relations between staff and employers and resolving personnel grievances.
  • Evaluating staffing needs, overseeing full time, part-time and internship recruitment efforts.
  • Engaging with heads of departments to make sure all staff is aligned to business objectives.
  • Running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations and designing succession plans.
