- Managing HR consultants or agents in other countries such as China.
- Managing staff health and wellness initiatives.
- Improving relations between staff and employers and resolving personnel grievances.
- Evaluating staffing needs, overseeing full time, part-time and internship recruitment efforts.
- Engaging with heads of departments to make sure all staff is aligned to business objectives.
- Running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations and designing succession plans.
