Financial Analyst - Al Hamra Real Estate Company

Job Purpose: Responsible for financial planning, analysis and projection of the organization's revenues and expenditures to provide accurate information on company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. Conduct high-level analysis of revenue, credit, expenses and overheads to provide high quality reports that help make critical decisions about investment funding, investments planning, credit extension, expense management, budget and expense forecasts, financial performance and financial position of the Company.


Job Tasks and Duties

  • Analyze current and past financial information and performance to identify trends and provide high quality business reasons for variances
  • Prepare management reports, presentations and projections based on the financial statement analysis
  • Explore investment opportunities related to the business and conduct financial feasibility study to evaluate such opportunities
  • Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and provide financial forecasts for sustaining revenues
  • Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
  • Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies
  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  • Forecast models for revenue changes and expenditure increases/decreases
  • Work with department manager towards optimum liquidity management, including arrangement and monitoring of bank financing
  • Evaluate strategic investments to assess business financial impact
  • Coordinate with other Accounts team to review financial information and forecasts
  • Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision based on financial analysis
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function and ensure positive financial outcome (either enhancement in income or optimization of costs)
  • Contribute to development and implementation of financial controls and procedures, including treasury management, budget planning and resource utilizations
  • Develop initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth
