Position Duties And Responsibilities
• Responsible for the support, maintenance and administration of the technical infrastructure (data center, voice and data networks, desktop/printers, etc.) Ability to be hands-on, when appropriate, is required
• Evaluation of technical infrastructure and recommendation of changes to improve overall reliability of business system environment
• Disaster Recovery planning and execution
• Responsible for oversight of all IT help desk functions
• Attitude to extend the work after duty
Supervisory / Management Responsibilities
• Technical Infrastructure and Help Desk teams x reports
• Oversee daily activities, and manage the performance of the staff
• Performing training for the first helpdesk support
