Brand Manager - Liwa Trading

 

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Brand Manager with strong merchandise planning skills to join our LIWA team.

The role is essentially to support the development and execution of the brand strategy in order to deliver profitable and sustainable growth for brands across markets where LIWA operates.

You will require strong merchandise planning skills, be able to build lasting relationships with the host brand, as well as coach and mentor the junior members of the team. Additionally, exceptional organization skills, analytical and presentations skills and the ability to work with the retail managers on opening plans, budget and stock requirements. 



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage the OTB budgets and develop strategies to improve stock turn
  • Identify, develop, and deploy brand marketing initiatives from insight to execution to build brand awareness, deliver brand share and category growth
  • Review and analyze brand performance / sales data and forecast growth in order to develop appropriate budgets for the assigned brand(s)
  • Develop range selection as per the requirement of the market to build the right balance of assortment breadth and depth within the approved OTB budgets
  • Analyze sales data to update the brand portfolio and provide feedback to Principals and COO in order to determine new products and/or deletion of under-performing products
  • Monitor, review and track all store activities to ensure they are in line the company’s operating policies, procedures, and core values
