Storage Management Senior Engineer

Design, improve, and deploy technical, application, storage and backup solutions to meet business requirements
Translate business requirements to determine appropriate storage solutions
Work with backup teams to ensure proper storage backup requirements are met
Produce documentation on installed systems, their configurations, Storage Design, processes/procedures, and tickets to keep all steps documented
Ensure that root-cause analysis is identified, and knowledge gained is applied for process improvement to avoid the occurrence of this problem in the future
Measure and monitor storage availability, response time and backup, to ensure the system is designed in best practice
Keep all tickets and projects updated and track time in a detailed format, to have metric can measure Performance on it
Train 1st and 2nd Line Of support on new system and Technology, to ensure that knowledge shared and help them quickly solve end user Issues
Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance
Participate in the evaluation, development, implementation, integration and administration of internal and external business solutions that meet customer needs
