Detailed description of services

• Experience in Computer programming, database administration, vendor application
• support, reports development and application migration
• design solution for standard CRs and projects
• Gathering, documenting and analyzing business information and requirements.
• Providing business consultancy services and advisory.
• Building the TO BE workflow and documenting the GAP analysis.
• Review code, insure standards are followed and recommend for better performance.
• support and guide technical teams on design and integration
• define how the different solution components will need to interact
• ensure the solution design at project/program level is aligned with the application
• architecture standards and target state
• ensure the data architecture is aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• proactively initiate solution to problems in existing design and implementation
• perform tasks related to business or technical problems tat may arise on Adhoc basis for
• innovation or production issues
• Perform knowledge transfer and training to related team members in order to ensure
• the processes standards are followed.
• Preparing testing scenarios and participate in UAT.
• Ensures to follow standards, policies and procedures set by Riyad Bank.
• Follow Riyad Bank’s formal process for reporting, tracking and resolution of problems.
• Ability to document and track projects or change requests phases based on
• methodology and bank standards.
